Cold Calling ...

Picking up the heavy phone ...

OMGosh ... I am getting over the fear of the dreaded heavy phone!! I called today and it was actually fun. I found myself calling more than intended and made some interesting potential business associates. I am really working to help a couple that are in with NuSkin, who has a not so good Comp plan (well not as good as LV) I am excited to talk with them again. 

You know the heavy phone just has to be looked at as, You gotta just GET IT DONE!! I think if you can work through that fear of the dreaded NO you can do it. What is a NO anyways? Just a word, not a slam to your personal ego. Don't dwell on the word, focus on helping the person, listening to what they are saying, be interested in what they do and it will all fall into place, either a YES or a NO. Either way you just say ... NEXT!!

Choose to be a NO lover and realize in those No's you have done several things; planted a seed, created a relationship, a referral base, etc .... It takes a 1000 NO's to get 10 Yes's. Isn't those 10 yes's worth it? Keep in mind a No is not truly a NO until it is made super clear NEVER to contact again and still then the seed is planted!! 

Keep plugging away friends, go after the No's so you can find your yes's ... :)

I LOVED Elite Academy!! Thank you to Corporate for the most amazing step in my journey thus far! I am so grateful to my Mother & Business Partner Suzy Bainbridge who sacrificed so much for me to be able to attend Elite Academy in Denver. I am so grateful to Kevin Bright, my coolest upline, for being at every meeting to support and build me!

Favorite Elite moment ... "Pray & be the answer to prayers" Seth Mulder! I am finally being able to see past that crazy beard and what do I see? One of the most humblest men I have ever met. Thank you Seth!

Marc Shinsato, you are rocking and thank you for sharing the story of your Christmas without anything. I have had that same Christmas year after year and I am tired of it! I want to grow up and be like you ... LOL

There were so many GOLDEN NUGGETS at Elite I am praying I will keep moving so I can be the answer to someone else's prayer.

I can SEE myself sitting with the Elites and teaching from the stage, have I ever mentioned it is a dream of mine to be in front of 1000's and talking, well it is! I am going to do it, Thank you LifeVantage!

I want to say to Tyler Daniels & Wife you are awesome! Your son is amazing and thank heavens for good young men like him that want to serve and protect the freedoms of others. I am so proud to know he is from our LifeVantage Family and going out to preserve our God Given Rights!!

DO NOT miss any event folks, do what it takes. I sacrificed much to get to Elite and I do not regret it one iota! I love our freedom of choosing the way we can make our living and I choose LifeVantage FOREVER!

Hit Bottom ...

I hate hitting bottom!!

I had to make a choice, Elite Academy or Internet bill paid. I chose Elite Academy! I have to say I am having a hard time mentally not having my blogging and connection to the world. I know I have made the right choice it is just hard!

I am at a low, bottom hitter because I have let myself reach this through choices I have made. I have not worked like I should have on my business, result ... This situation! Advice to me, Do Not Give UP! Keep going, keep reaching, get yourself up off the dang ground and start over!

Elite will give me the jump, motivation I have been lacking. I am going with the attitude to win, to overcome, to succeed and NEVER give-up! 

Advice to those that should ever hit bottom ... Do not just go to bed (like I did). A few weeks of not working brings weeks of catch-up & heartache. Going to bed only brings despair, depression, self-loathing, loss of motivation .... Hang in there people! LifeVantage is worth every drop of sweat & hard work. I know this now and I also know it is the only earthly way (except prayer) for me to reach my dreams.

Hard Day!!

Hard Days are a Beast of the Business ...

Today has been one of those days!! I have not had any new contacts and I was down because money is going to be super tight for Elite Academy. I do not care if I do not eat and have to walk to Denver I am going to Elite Academy! I know the strength I will receive there will be insurmountable. I want to talk to my Hero, Cynthia Delany! I want to absorb all I can and bring it back to my team. Elite will be worth more than any Mc'D's hamburger, chicken nuggets, etc ... Education beats out food any day. I am glad we have a new beginning tomorrow, which happens to be Independance Day! May God Bless us all, America! I love my freedoms and so thankful for the men and women who ensue them each and everyday!! 

I love LifeVantage, tomorrow is a new day and a great day to share this AMAZING opportunity with someone new.

Exciting first day of July ...

Fresh Beginnings ...

I love new beginnings! It has been a successful day! I got a new PC and one of my amazing front liners did the same! I did goals with Craig (amazing man) and he told me I need to downsize my luggage for our upcoming Elite Academy trip to Colorado! LOL ... I am an over packer, I will admit to that! I am so excited for the month of July ... New people to meet, new people to help and Elite Academy (my first one) ... July is going to be exciting! I wish you all a great start this month as well. I am grateful for our team call this morning that pumped us all up, thank you Mickelson's. Tomorrow is going to be a great day!!

Pro 1 ...

I joined LifeVantage on February 19, 2013. I did not become Pro 1 until May 2013. I am STILL Pro 1 July 2013. Despite my frustrations I LOVE being a Network Marketer. I LOVE LifeVantage! I will press on and become a Pro 10. This blog is my journey, join me!

My Story ... I was diagnosed in 2003 with Fibromyalgia. I was in agonizing pain all the time. I would go to work and come home and sleep till the next day, then do it all over again. I worked until 2009. The last 6 months of my working life I was gone at least 2 days a week because of illness and when I was at work I was in a fog, in the bathroom sick or moving so slow that it would take me hours to finish a simple project. I then on November 29, 2009 was in a car accident. That changed everything. I was then bedridden and I was making visits to the emergency room anywhere from 3 to 6 times a month to control pain, inflammation and dehydration. My kids were raising me instead of the other way around. Our house was a hospital room (quoted from my daughter)! I was putting on weight, become diabetic, had high blood pressure, antidepressants for depression and Xanax for anxiety, my digestive track was partially paralyzed so I did not digest food normally, I was doing steroid treatments every 6 months. My life was HELL and I missed out on so much of my own life as well as my family’s lives. In April of 2012 I had to make a huge life change, I had to move. I had no idea where to move but Heavenly Father knew where, Manti, UT. My Mom was very stressed because that was further from her and when I was going to the ER she was the one taking me. In June of 2012 I moved to Manti and I was not well. A lady befriended me and told me take these pills. I said ok, I just trusted her. It was Protandim! Within 2 weeks I was functioning. Within 3 months I was LIVING. Now on Protandim for 8 months I have lost 87 lbs, I am off every single one of my medications except thyroid. I am a reformed diabetic and do not suffer with any mental issues. I was near 400 lbs, a walking pharmacy and not digesting food. I am now running a mile 6 days a week, eating normally again and on NO meds, except the thyroid pill. If my life could change this much in 8 months, what could Protandim do for you? My Strength: I love being in front of people, presenting! I could stand in front of a crowd of thousands and I wouldn't crack, put me on the phone with someone and I freeze!

I need suggestions, help! I am looking for people to add comments that can help me and others who are having struggles in this business.
